Yet another wall shelf project. This time it is for my oldest sister, Unni. I got a text message with an image and “show this to your wife, she’ll love it!”. Subtle… But hey, it’s woodworking! And I do have some oak at the ready.
Woodworkers have one advantage over common folk – we get the full experience from a piece of furniture. From the smell of oak to the feel of a finished product – a journey for the senses indeed!
Rummaging through the wood stack, I stopped at a nice, long board of merbau. A nice and clean looking one, perfect for a wall shelf above the piano.
